Content Writers Dubai offers all those services mentioned above and hereby request all interested parties to meticulously go through the terms and conditions before confirming the orders. 

Revision/Updation of Terms & Conditions

Content Writers Dubai has the sole authority to alter the provisions of the terms and conditions. This can be performed at any point of time and is not obligated to notify the clients prior to the same. We will make the changes in the website’s T&C pages immediately after the implementation of the changes. Thus, we deem it the clients’ responsibility to be aware of the terms and conditions and comply with the same.

Process of placing order

For facilitating seamless operations, we urge all website users and interested parties to correctly fill and submit a form in the respective pages. This form will collect your personal information including your name, email address, contact number along with your order details. Please note that if the information provided lacks authenticity, completeness or accuracy, Content Writers Dubai has the authority to reject the order or stop all operations to end the project. 

Interested clients should:

  • Specify the nature of the content or design you need with the specific word count. 
  • Provide relevant keywords, reference materials, samples, etc. 

The project is then assigned to a writer or designer by the administrator to be completed within your specified deadline. This assignment is our sole responsibility. 

The delivered content or design will be of assured quality and in accordance with the clients’ instructions: 

  • The content or design will include the keywords, ideas and guidelines of the client
  • We have invested in plagiarism checkers as well as other tools to ensure that the content is 100% authentic. 
  • The content delivered will be free from spelling or grammatical errors ensuring readability.

Rewriting or redesign orders

Content Writers Dubai welcome any kind of writing or designing project that needs to be redone. We are adept in revamping the entire thing within the word limit and specifications prescribed in your order details. On receiving your order request with complete details, we find the perfect writer or designer to deliver it within your timeline. However, your order must not be in violation of any third party rights like copyright, trademark, servicemark, moral rights, etc. Additionally, we do not entertain orders that involve obscenity and slanderous content or design. Any compromise in this will lead to the suspension or termination of the order. 

Rejection of Content or Design

  • If the content or design delivered by Content Writers Dubai is not on par with the requirements or expectations of the client, he/she can reject the same. However, the client must produce a valid reason for the rejection.  
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the content or design delivered, he/she can request for revision of the same. This request also must be backed with a proper reason for rejection. 
  • All requests for rejection are expected to be submitted within 24 hours of content or design delivery. If the customer fails to revert within 24 hours, the administrator will consider the content or design approved.
  • The administrator reviews content or design once the customer submits the reason for rejection or revision. If it appears that the client is being unreasonable, he/she is billed for the order. 

Client rights

  • The copyright of the content or design is transferred to the client upon delivery. Hence, the website cannot refrain the client from editing, reproducing, selling, publishing or reusing the same.
  • However this is applicable only once the payment is made in full.

All the content that is displayed in the website is the property of Content Writers Dubai. They are protected by copyright laws and hence, any effort to violate these would be charged.

Trademark Protection

Any design in terms of logos, brochures, company profiles, taglines, catalogue and flyer on the website is owned by Content Writers Dubai. Unless permitted, they cannot be used by anyone.

Website users are also advised to go through the Privacy Policy before exploring the website. 

Disclaimer of Warranty

The services offered in this website are available in real time and there is no service warranty. The website users must also be aware that Content Writers Dubai is not liable for any damage or data loss. Communication with Author

The clients are strictly prohibited from getting in touch with any writers, designers or developers. Be it direct or indirect communication, it is a violation of the terms and conditions which calls for legal implications. 

Payment 

The client is billed for every content or design approved and the fee is calculated in the first stage of the order process. The client is free to opt for various payment modes.
